Avalon really proves time and time again why they have the best staff! We needed some minor maintenance recently, and Valdo was awesome. He showed up quickly, was super professional, and took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done. Couldn’t ask for better service! Thanks again Valdo for all of your help

I recently moved into Avalon Glendale, and I couldn’t be happier! The entire moving process was fast and seamless, making the transition stress-free. The leasing team was incredibly helpful and supportive every step of the way, and the maintenance team has been equally amazing. The community is beautiful, and I already feel right at home. I’m so glad I chose to live here!
