Lived here nearly two years and everything you see online about the amazing maintenance team of Manuel and Librado is true. They care for this community so much, and every interaction is a warm and friendly one. I loved my apartment. Terence is the reason I decided to renew my lease last year, when he arrived he brought a sense of stewardship and care to the management office. He still offers community events that don't feel like mandatory fun, and his responses to issues are swift and understanding. The location is fantastic. You can walk to Whole Foods and the original Trader Joe's in a single trip, and the building itself is deceptively large with a lot of families.
