We know that pets are furry family members and we gladly welcome your dogs and cats. We’re sure they will love it here! If you choose to bring a pet there is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $300 for the first pet and $200 for each additional pet. The monthly pet rent is $40/month for 1st pet and $30/month for each additional. For each pet weighing 50 lbs. or more there is an additional $100 non-refundable pet fee. We do have weight limits for certain apartments and some breed restrictions. Weight limits will vary depending on the style and location of your apartment or townhome. Dog breeds known for aggression are prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: Pit-Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Chow Chows, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Akitas, Dalmatians, Great Danes, Siberian Huskies, Malamutes, Mastiffs, Cane Corso's, Perro de Presa Canarios, American Bulldogs, Hybrid Wolves or other dog breeds known for their aggression. No mixes of these breeds will be allowed. If you have any questions we encourage you to call our office. Birds, fish, reptiles, hamsters and other small animals are permitted if in an enclosure. *All fees subject to change

After spending a significant amount of time apartment hunting with little luck due to the crazy housing market, I worked with Windsong to get on their waitlist for an apartment that met my needs. The first time I heard back, I was too slow to respond, but the second time, all worked out perfectly. The rental process was very smooth, and I was able to get everything situated, get my keys, etc. with little fuss. The property managers are all lovely, and helped me with every question/concern I had. Living here since the end of January, I have really enjoyed it. It's incredibly quiet - not because my neighbors are quiet (though they typically are), but the apartments are so well-built and well-insulated that you can barely hear any noise, even from the planes landing at the airport nearby. Parking is never an issue; there are plenty of spaces near every building. Love that the trash gets picked up from right outside my door. Maintenance has also been an absolute dream. Every time I've had a small issue to look at, they've been there with incredible speed, and the maintenance folks are really knowledgeable and unobtrusive. The location is also fantastic; close enough to Transit and Sheridan to have a lot of options for shopping, entertainment, and medical needs, yet far away from everything to be relatively private. Again, can't recommend Windsong enough. I have no complaints whatsoever, and can see myself living here for quite a while (and maybe upgrading to a larger unit in the future).

We have lived in a plan C for the past year and a half and have absolutely loved renting here. The community is so beautiful, safe and inviting. Everyone in our building is very friendly, we always love to stop and chat. The office is full of kind people that are always open to our questions. The maintenance team is THE BEST (and quick!) with the VERY FEW issues we have had with our time here! We will miss them when we move out for sure! Thank you Windsong and team!
