Elizabeth was very helpful! As soon as I called, they offered a virtual tour the same day. After the virtual tour, Elizabeth was very transparent about pricing and fees to give an accurate monthly breakdown on rent. I really appreciate the transparency and clear focus on providing future renters great service.

In the 10 years I have lived here I've seen it all. However since live bh took over, Lydia, Elizabeth, and Mark have been great. Rent is affordable. Neighbors are nice. I'm not happy with Dadson Laundry. Lydia escalated the situation and it was resolved. Took a minute but it got done. Dadson laundry is the worst to deal with. Then have the nerve to raise the price on the washers and dryers. They still haven't refunded any of my money. Renew process was easy. If I had any questions, the renewal specialist was there to help, management as well. Elizabeth assisted us with signing documents.

David and Elizabeth are really sweet (leasing office people). they helped me through the entire application process, even though I called them all the time, they were always super friendly and helpful. I'm looking forward to start living in this apt. so far everything is great. The leasing office make a lot of effort to make you happy. Highly recommend !

Lydia was absolutely wonderful. She answered all of my questions when touring for apartments and was extremely knowledgeable and kind while walking me and my family around the complex. Looking forward to hopefully being a future resident!!

I love this apartment complex! I got my ideal one bedroom I’ve been searching for and I’ve been loving it so far. The complex is nice and tucked away which makes for a quiet setting. My unit is right by Thomas Rd but I personally don’t mind the faint sound of cars going by. My dog loves the little dog park on site too! My unit was renovated a year ago and is in great condition, and the maintenance team / leasing team is responsive whenever I need something. Would definitely recommend :)

WOW It's Been 1 Year All Ready, Living In PARQ on 50th The Best Community I've Had A Chance To Experience! Great Management, Lydia Is So Kind, Patient & Very Understanding. Always There To Assist, Elizabeth Is Also Wonderful, Always There To Assist Too. I Really Can't Say Enough Marvelous Compliments About Lydia & Elizabeth We Would Be Here All Day. HOWEVER, Lydia Even Had No Problems No Delays Getting My Application Processed Or Renewed. Lydia Even Hung In There To Spite All She Had On Her Plate Already, Being New To The Property And Got Me In To The Online Portal To Pay My Rent After 9 Months Of Having To Get Cashier Checks. What A Savings For Me. Apartments Are Nice Clean, Quiet, Private And Friendly. No Roaches Or Other Insects. Great Maintenance, FAST. All Around PARQ ON 50TH PHX, AZ Iz 100% Qualified To Surpass A Lot Of Family Living Community's. I'm Loving Living Here. You All Deserve A Promotion. BIG THANK YOU FOR THIS GREAT YEAR.SMW

Been here for almost a year and have had such a good experience here. Have never had issues with anything. As simple as the team here is very attentive and maintence (mainly have Marc who helps me) is the fastest I've seen in any complex. I've talked to many friends and told them about my experience here and they have said it's very uncommon to have such quick work done. Very calm area and just nothing to complain about.
