I did not end up renting here, but received exceptional service from Kristal, the community manager. She is so friendly and professional. She was kind enough to show me a couple of units and listen to the challenges that I have had at my most recent community. The renovations look great, and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

This weekend my A/C went out. Kristal, the manager, came to my apartment (on a Saturday) to make sure I was okay, offer water if I needed it, and brought in a portable A/C because no one could come for a week to fix it. Kristal was kind, concerned and helpful with the problem. She had the maintenance person put in a portable A/C unit. She told me that A/C companies were backed up until the end of the week, but due to her actions, I know I will feel comfortable. She is a great manager, wonderful communicator about what is going on at Maryland Greens, and strives to make this property a great place to live!
