New to the area and moved in recently. Had a leaky faucet and sent in a maintenance request, and was helped by Mark Gallardo who came over and solved the problem promptly. Mark spared no effort in fixing the leak and was super friendly the whole time, even recommending places to visit and avoid here. This was my first experience with the maintenance team and it was definitely a positive one. Thanks Mark!
