Select units offer city views. The building is located in a quiet part of Lower Queen Anne, close to the Space Needle and Kerry Park. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance, as well as bus lines. Shared laundry machines are located on-site. Our residents enjoy a large common area courtyard including a lawn, paved patio with plenty of tables and seating, and reserved gardening areas. The courtyard offers panoramic views of downtown and Elliott Bay! Reserved off-street carport parking spaces available for an additional fee. Cats are welcome, restrictions apply.
