Luke Apartments is a small building with very friendly neighbors on a quiet street. The building does not offer any amenities, so it is more like a private condo building. The units are nicely updated but the common areas are not. Where the building really has shortcomings is with the property management company. Maintenance requests go unanswered or unresolved for weeks on end, including the most basic of requests. There have been multiple car vandalisms on the property, and the PM company said they would take steps to deter future occurrences. We have yet to see steps taken and it has been more than a month. There have also been multiple billing errors that have been remarkably difficult to get rectified.Good luck getting a response back to your emails or phone calls.
