i looked into moving to Woodland Commons recently (December 23) i had a very pleasant experience touring the place and with the leasing assistant Michelle Good the tour was setup so that i didn't have anyone in the unit with me i could open all the things and inspect all the things without someone awkwardly being here the unit looked nice and didn't have any major problems i had a particularly pleasant experience with Michelle she was very kind and patient and was great to work with she didn't pressure me at all and answered all my questions she outlined the leasing details, fees, and all the various things really well she worked hard to find me a unit here that was in my price range at the end of the day, i didn't end up moving here i went with another place in the city woodland commons was definitely at the top of my list though and was hard not to choose i highly recommend checking this place out if you are looking into it ask for Michelle Good, she'll help you out :)

Review for the exceptional service provided by Michelle Good. I was facing challenges gathering information from Essex, as everything is remote, and there was no one available to answer calls or meet on-site. Fortunately, yesterday, I reached Michelle, who not only picked up my call but also demonstrated empathy and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, from facilitating the viewing to establishing a clear communication channel. She remained on the phone with me during my entire visit. I genuinely appreciate your assistance, Michelle, and I hope that Essex can adopt the same level of commitment and dedication that you displayed. When people take time out of their busy weekdays to go on tours, they invest their valuable time and effort and require support and guidance, along with additional information. I write few reviews normally. I have lived in 5 apartments across the US, of which, 3 of them have been in Bellevue. My family and I have had the best experience here amongst all of our apartments. The location has been super convenient - at a walkable distance to schools, grocery stores, restaurants and also to the bus. Maintenance has also been super prompt here - we had no major issues when we moved in. We have had near-immediate responses to maintenance requests when we raised them. The apartments are safe and well-kept, and I have had great neighbors - a first for me in the West coast. A special shout-out to Patrick Martin who has gone above and beyond in addressing any and all requests I had sent him! Thank you so much Patrick for taking care of all requests quickly, and for making processes smooth which have all contributed towards an amazing stay!

I have been dealing with a woman named Michelle who has been extremely helpful in every way possible since I started my search for a unit to relocate to for the last 6-8 months now. She is amazing and very knowledgeable and has made this search for a new home for me so much easier as I was really having difficulty trying to find a place that met my needs and expectations not to mention the deadline date for my move out from my current residence to another home so that I wasn't without a place to call home and having to figure out what to do and where to stay when my lease was up and it was time to move. I was absolutely beside myself running around searching at all these places that weren't even close to what I was looking for and wasting time and money and heart wrenching disappointments time again and again. She is very patient and really went the extra mile & worked hard and communicated so much information that I actually trust her and will do what she tells me to do. She's gone out of her way to assist me in this effort and I will forever be grateful to her and to Essex Properties. Thank you 😊!!!
