The units are small, but very nice for one person. Ceilings are about 9 feet tall so plenty of vertical space to take advantage of. Quality of the view will depend on several factors. My first unit literally had a view to a brick wall. My second unit's view was much better and allowed me to watch the sunset over West Seattle. The main problem with this building is the lack of security. People often trespass by climbing the fire escape or simply walking through the front gate (the lock's bolt is sticky). The laundry facilities are seldom cleaned and often either malfunctioning or vandalized.
