Gather with friends on the rooftop deck equipped with a barbecue area and outdoor fireplace, sweat it out in our 24-hour fitness center, or let your furry friend play in the dog run. Entertain guests in our community room complete with a full kitchen and media center. Our pet-friendly community has it all. Just outside of our community, you will find yourself surrounded by daily conveniences. If you don’t feel like cooking, head downstairs to our ground floor retail and choose from a variety of tasty choices. Groceries are just down the street, and if you need some fresh air, the Cal Anderson Park is only two blocks away. Getting around Seattle is a breeze via the Link Light Rail, and if you decide to venture beyond the city, access to I-5 is less than a mile away, putting everything you need within easy reach. I've loved living at Collins on Pine! The staff is super friendly and maintenance is very responsive and helpful. There's usually someone in the office or up the street at Vox (where the mini gym is). The building itself is very secure and easy to buzz friends in using the call box. I never heard our neighbors, but I was on the top floor and wouldn't have heard people above me. Apartments are like new and the finishing are all in excellent quality. A few little things I found wonderful were the upgraded washer and dryer (not the standard white boxes you see in some places), floor to ceiling windows, vaulted ceilings on the 6th floor apartments, and gas burners. The rooftop is very nice and is nearly almost empty. The gym at Vox is small, but it's nearly always empty and has everything I'd ever need. I'd live here again in a heartbeat. I only moved out since my roommate decided not to resign due to COVID. Thanks for a wonderful apartment!

When I first moved in, leasing office and maintenance were a mess and it took a while for maintenance to response to service requests. But when Ron the maintenance dude started working here, he was quick to respond to maintenance requests and he is nice to everyone. He answers all my questions and has made living here better. :)
