The windows are relatively new, although I don’t know exactly when they were installed. They are decent, and not the normal ancient type of double hung window that you often see. The building has a 24 space garage and a lot of the common areas have been rebuilt. 11 of the 16 units have been completely gutted and rebuilt. Further there has been a huge seismic upgrade on the building and it is also sprinklered. This is a great building if you want to be in the north part of the city in a fantastic location, with a good landlord who will personally deal with your issues. All of the tenants in the building are really nice people. I have a crew of workmen who work for me full time so I can get stuff fixed for you relatively easily when things break.
