I moved here at the beginning of June and I'm very happy with my decision to live here. It's quiet. I love going out on my balcony and seeing nothing but tree tops. Very good area with plenty of shopping, trails, etc. Great for the price! What led me here was the reviews regarding management. THAT'S HUGE when choosing a place to live. Tammy and her team are exceptional and prompt! Thank you for making this a pleasant experience.

I have lived here for 4 years and I absolutely love it. The office staff and maintenance are amazing, Tammy, the property manager is one of the most human and caring person I've ever met! They have always taken care of my requests in a timely manner and they even updated my appliances! Even through covid-19 they remained professional and even though these are challenging times they went above and beyond to take care of my needs. I feel like this place is the perfect example of community living; when covid hit there where neighbors leaving food at other neighbors doors who lost their job, others offered to do laundry for free, others walked dogs for free, the manager helped setting up meals on wheels for some of the residents and called every one of us to make sure we were doing ok. She even built a little library by the mailbox when the library closed! The residents are just wonderful here! I love the trails and the convenient location near shopping centers, the pool is always sparkly and the dog park is great, many of us get together and hangout with our dogs there. I cannot say enough good things about this place and the way its managed, it's the best community I've ever lived in and I'm looking forward to many more years here! :)
