Absolutely love this property. Can't be the location, price and finish out of the units. I've toured multiple properties in the 78704 area and this is a GEM.

I’ve had a good experience here. The units are clean and compact. Nice central location. Even with being in a first floor unit, this is possibly the quietest apartment I’ve lived in, no problems with noise- unless perhaps you have to work nights and sleep during the day because there is a daycare nearby which can get a little noisy during the day. I haven’t had a single issue with pests either. The short term leases offered are convenient and Melissa the property manager has been very helpful and accommodating in our interactions.
