I love this place to have great maintenance, great management, and it's an amazing apartment complex so I've lived here for a year now and I love it. it's small, real friendly, real neighborly light

Laura was very helpful with the move-in. It was only a few days between viewing and moving in, and she was very helpful with some minor complications in the application process. Still settling in, but for the price, it is what it says it is. :)

These people are very dishonest, unprofessional, and more than happy to swindle people out of their money without valid reasons or evidence for doing so. They never provided me with an itemized receipt detailing the deductions for the charges they took out of my security deposit return, even though Arizona landlords are required to do so. As you can see in the picture I've attached, they took $150 out of my deposit return for "Janitorial" charges even though I left the place absolutely 100% SPOTLESS. I stayed up all night, used the magic eraser, Comet, toilet cleaner, sweeping, mopping... I mean absolutely NOTHING was left for them to clean up. When I called them, Ebony insinuated to me that she wasn't obliged to give any specific examples of what about that place needed to be cleaned up ("The specifics that you're looking for is something that we do not detail"; "We are not going to take up the time to do so"). It is quite revealing that she would say that right after telling me they have pictures of how I left the place. Again: These are not honest people. --------------------------------------------------------------- On a separate note, the management doesn't do anything about the vagrants who sleep right outside your apartment and vandalize the surrounding area (see pictures). You can call the cops on them all you want to but all they do is shoo the homeless people away without pressing charges. Only the management can do that, but they won't no matter how much the tenants bring up the issue. Usually, the vagrants will just come back the next night or even a few hours later on the same day. If you do decide to move there, be ready to have a bunch of homeless people hanging around outside your apartment every morning and night. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- By the way, the picture that another tenant posted of the nasty water coming out of the tub is something that I and my neighbor (and probably plenty more of them) had to deal with as well. Cockroaches are everywhere no matter how clean you keep the place as well. As long as the management is getting your money, it seems they don't really care about what their tenants have to suffer. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Lastly, they took an additional $150 out of my deposit return for "Painting" (again, completely unspecified otherwise) despite the fact that the office manager informed me on at least 2 separate occasions that they would be painting the apartment regardless, so I wouldn't have to worry about paying for it. In short: *Management is extremely dishonest and unprofessional. *Be ready to have money taken out of your deposit return without any proof of reason for doing so. *You will be surrounded by homeless people constantly, and management will do nothing about it. *The living conditions are nasty. Steer clear or suffer.
