So I went to see an apartment after scheduling tour with Heritage Greens Apartment manager. I was with my 4 years old kid. I saw a manager standing without mask. As he welcomed us I asked, "do you want to wear a mask?" To which he said, he doesn't wear mask because recovery rate is 99.7%. I still went ahead with the tour as we were wearing the masks and I asked my kid to stay closer to the door. I did the tour in 2 minutes and while leaving he said MASK DOESN'T PROTECT YOU FROM ANYTHING. DO THE COMPLETE RESEARCH BEFORE WEARING MASK. Such careless and ignorant attitude. No responsible person would do this. I would never go to such an apartment.

Worst management since this year after new management took over. Our maintenance request are not heard properly. Property manager never picks up the cal or respond to voice mails. Emails are getting replies but after weeks. Plumbing, electrical , appliances all issues. As there is no option to reply, I am replying here after your reply- maintenance issues May have been resolved, but property manager is not reachable is also one of the main concern. She never picks up call, nor respond to text messages. We struggle to talk to her for any queries. Also we all residents feel that we should have some Property manager in apartment office to be seated for 9 to 5 for any issues.
