My partner and I just moved in a few months ago. I love the upgrades in the units! Plus having a dog park onsite has been great for our fur babies! The assistant manger was so friendly and helpful during the move in!! It was been a great experience living here so far!

Epicenter was a great place to live at. The location, neighborhood, and convenience of nearby stores/gyms/restaurants is truly unbeatable in Seattle. The residents/neighbors are friendly, and the leasing office is so kind and helpful. I appreciate their efforts in making Epicenter a community. Thank you for a wonderful stay - would highly recommend!

Lived here since February and love the place. The unit is updated and gets tons of light, and the price is reasonable for the amount of space we get and how nice the place is. Both the mail/package system and maintenance request portals are convenient and easy. There’s also an app where you can let your visitors in through. You really can’t beat the location either. Occasionally hear a creak in the ceiling when the neighbor upstairs is walking around, but it’s pretty rare and not bothersome. If you have the windows open when Fremont is bustling, you will hear some noise. But with the windows shut they do a really good job of blocking the noise. People in the building are kind - most people say hi. And we’ve become friends with our neighbors and they take care of our plants etc when we’re out of town. Really happy with the decision to move in here.

Had a broken oven burner. Dmitry was very professional made sure to check in for when he would be working on things. Everything turned out great!

I lived here 1 year. It is a nice place, very convenient access to PCC, big rooms for the price, good noise isolation from other units, nice staff, no mail theft. Leaving this review to counter the NPC pfizer bot giving them a bad review for not being vaccinated!

I went to the leasing office to get assistance with a pest problem, and the leasing office was able to send over pest control to deal with the issue on the same day!

I lived in Epicenter for close to three years and had a really great experience. The building is doesn't have quite the same splashy pizazz as brand-new buildings in Seattle, as it was built in the mid-2000s. But it's plenty modern, the rent prices are reasonable, and the location is amazing. Being right in the center of Fremont has so many great benefits -- walk to grocery, food, bars, the Burke Gilman trail, and bus routes taking you north, south, east and west in just a minute or two. Really spectacular. Very easy to live without a car. The building management did change a couple of times while I was there, but each management team has been friendly and accommodating. I want to call special attention to the facilities crew. Any time we had a small issue with something in our apartment, they were happy to take a look, and they never gave us a hard time about anything. Definitely recommended.

I have lived in the complex an my unit since 2013. I have enjoyed living here. The building and space is great. My unit is very spacious and functional. The location with all of the surrounding amenities like gyms, restaurants, stores and easy access to everywhere without having to own a car. The staff is very responsive and friendly. Maintenance issues are handled efficiently and having lockers for package delivery is great. I signed my 10th lease and intend on staying for a while.
