My partner and I lived here for three years and loved it. The apartment was sizable, the patio was enormous (300 sq feet), friendly neighbors. Oh, and pet friendly! The common areas were always very clean. The location is very walkable! Ravenna has a thriving restaurant scene, a few fun little bars and great coffee shops. We miss Ravenna. It is such an underrated neighborhood. Heather and Theron were/are the apartment managers. We could not have felt more heard and cared for as tenants. They were always accessible. Excellent communicators. We have lived in several apartments around the Seattle area and this apartment ranks supreme in all ways.
