My partner and I lived here at Verde for little over 3 years. We really enjoyed our experience. We had a lovely courtyard and it really felt like we were living in the treetops on the 2nd floor. It was a spacious 2 bed 1 bath. It’s an older apartment building/complex, so it has its worn characteristics. What we loved most is taking walks through the grounds, is a beautiful property with so many large trees. When it rains there is a small river creek that flows so lovely. The pool is great for laying out in the sun and was always pretty clean. Overall we really enjoyed our experience. We went through a management change throughout the last year. Rosco was not great which was our first 2 years, but Resprop took over it got a lot better in terms of communication and maintenance! We only moved because we were able to buy a house, otherwise we would still be there as it was a great location between riverside and oltorf. Pretty quick access to downtown, 35 and benwhite/290 highways! Also our rent price was pretty affordable, they didn’t increase our rent much between resigning either which was nice.

Management has been very helpful, never had any issues with getting information and they respond quickly and efficiently when needed, anything I need done for my apartment is usually done within the same day or next day, and taken care of quickly. This has by far been a very comfortable Experience to live here.
