Just had to leave a quick comment . I was across the street at the tennis courts with my niece (who will be attending school in Austin ) she wanted to check out these apartments and I tried to remind her that these were the apartments that had… ehhhh management who weren’t even there when we went. But she insisted on going because it was just so close to the tennis courts, to the running trail and walking distance to everything else . So we went for a second time to look for her future home away from home . (Best aunt award for taking her apartment hunting :) ) Wow ! Management has obviously changed ! There was someone actually at the office to greet us and walked us around the complex. It was a nice experience dealing with this management company who seemed to want to get to know my niece as a possible future resident. When you notice a positive change you have to say something ! We always focus on reviewing when it’s bad . Walking around it looked like they care about the place . I’m glad there will be someone on site , just makes me feel better for my niece if she decided to move in. Bravo!
