If you're looking for an apartment that goes beyond just a place to live, this is it. Liv Ahwatukee is luxury living at a cost conscience price. Their staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and ensure everyone feels welcome. They truly go above and beyond to care for their residence. The gated grounds are meticulous maintained and have ample parking when guests come to visit. The common areas are fun and inviting which promotes a sense of community living. Liv Ahwatukee has group actives almost daily that welcome all residence. Don't forget your fur babies. Liv Ahwatukee caters to all your pets. Check out the monthly calendar because even they have "pet events" in the Bark Park. I love living here and you will too.
