Walk/bike to downtown or South Lake Union, or utilize public transit within 100 feet of our front door. Utilities (water, sewer, garbage, heat and hot water) offered for a reasonable flat rate, based on single occupancy: $125 per month. $40 extra tenant fee applies for a second occupant. Laundry is a flat rate of $25/tenant per month. One-time pet fee deposit of $150 per pet. Cats OK, no dogs sorry!
