This is a very unique building in an awesome pocket of Fremont. The rooftop especially has amazing views of lake union and downtown skyline. I lived just down street for years and this was just a hillside at one point so very cool how the developer was able to utilize the space.

I have photographed every unit in this building and can attest that each and every unit is unique. It's so nice to see new construction that isn't cookie-cutter or cheaply constructed. The layouts are well considered and the appliances are on the higher end of most new construction out there. The western sunset views and southern views across Fremont to the Aurora bridge, skyline and Mt. Rainier get more and more spectacular the higher up you go. The lower levels don't have the expansive views, but everyone in the building has access to a large common rooftop balcony with one of the best views in Fremont. Not to mention, it's an easy to walk to Fremont's endless restaurants, night life shopping, the Burke Gilman trail, the Fremont Troll, the Sunday market, there's just so much to do here! Fremont is the center of the universe and Fremont View looks over all of it!
