Location is on the top, third floor (away from the street) and you will not hear other tenants above you. There is a shared, common back yard. Open House shows only. Save the dates: Saturday, March 30: 1:00 p.m. -- 2:30 p.m. Sunday, March 31: 2:00 p.m. -- 3:30 p.m. same Call (415) 281-3233 for updates. We're glad to email you a Rental Application in advance, so you can prepare for the Open House viewings. Don't forget your checkbook and complete documents. The mandatory $500.00 earnest money deposit is payable by personal check or a money order. You will receive a receipt. If we decline your application and choose someone else to be the tenant, we'll promptly refund your deposit.
