** ROOM IN SHARED APARTMENT ** One bedroom available in airy, window-lined 2 bedroom hilltop apartment. Gorgeous views overlooking the city, from Twin Peaks to Downtown, with a balcony running the length of the apartment. Shared areas are spacious and open plan, with tons of light from large windows. Washer/dryer in spacious kitchen, microwave, oven, espresso machine, dishwasher, working fireplace, shared bath/shower, and easy street parking outside our front door (S-zone). Our shared areas are mostly furnished, but room for a few more pieces (my current roommate will be taking a few things). I'll fill in whatever we're missing. The balcony includes a 6-person table and chairs, 2-person coffee table and chairs, and a new gas/charcoal barbecue. Great for occasional entertaining, or just sitting out and enjoying the view. The available bedroom is 12' by 8', unfurnished, and with plenty of room for a queen bed (one of the walls is a diagonal, so 16' long on one side). There's a good size closet and one wall is all glass (with blinds!), with amazing views over the city and patio doors opening on to the balcony. The location is great (though the hill climb will keep you fit). Right in between Mission, Castro and Noe Valley, and a short walk to Duboce Triangle and Lower Haight. There's a J-stop two blocks away or Castro station is six blocks away. You'd be sharing with a 33 year old British guy. I'm clean, tidy and relaxed - have shared lots of places in the past and always enjoyed the experience. Looking for a roommate of either gender who enjoys coming back to a beautiful home, communicates well, doesn't bring the party home, and is chill, friendly and responsible. We can't do pets - sorry. But we're just up the hill from Dolores Park so you can play with strangers' dogs whenever you want.
