This room gets full afternoon sun, excellent for a mid-day nap. Third bedroom: The third bedroom has two luxury-level twin beds, floor to ceiling bookshelves, and a loft with built-in drawers beneath, a desk and small mirror and private sink above. A large skylight and west-facing windows ensure plenty of light. The second and third bedroom share a full bath in the hallway with a shower/tub and a washer/dryer set up. Living room: The main living area downstairs has a glass wall with a huge sliding door that leads to a balcony with panoramic views of the city and the bay. The adjoining dining room also has large windows looking down on the city. On clear days you can see from west of the Golden Gate Bridge to Oakland and the East bay. Downtown SF is a fifteen minute drive during low traffic times. Noe Valley, the Castro, and Cole Valley are all within a 10-15 minute walk; the #37 bus is only a block away.
