We allow a 14 day hold on this property Move-In Costs include: Security Deposit $1100 (subject to credit screening, fully refundable) + First month rent $1350 + Utility Fee $110 (water, trash, sewage, gas) + Preparation Fee $200 + Any applicable Pet Fees + Application Fee ($45 per Applicant) We charge a $300 holding deposit at time of application. This will allow you to hold the unit for 14 days. Once approved, the holding fee and application fee will go towards your move in costs. If by chance you are not approved the $300 holding fee is refunded. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. We run a full back ground/credit check.
