This is split level house in Kent, completely separate. The lower level has its own entrance through the gate on the side. The place also has security cameras. For the parking, you can park in the front of the house or drive down into the backyard next to the entrance for the lower level. Basement is newly remodeled. It’s about 1300 sqft, 1 bath, 2 big bedrooms, kitchen, a huge living room and nice backyard . I would need to do a background check, credit check, and income check. Utilities are not included. No pets allowed. Only the lower level is for rent. It is very close to Kentridge high school and Winco market. It’s available move in March 2026.
