I have lived here a few years and I seen alot of changes, good and bad. The new team here now is the reason I renewed again. I want to live somewhere they care and appreciate the people. I will do my part and keep my trash picked up, clean up after my dog, if I see something Ill say something. Everyone else should too. Why wouldn’t we want a great place to live? I know this team will get us there.

This complex is being managed by the BEST in the industry. I’m never moving. The manager and her team are very caring, kind, professional, and expedient with all I’ve ever requested. I don’t have have any ideal why those other reviews are slandering management but so be it. The buildings are luxury and very well kept. We are safe and management makes sure of it. I’ve always been treated warm and compassionately and I’m on my second year here. My neighbor has been here 5 years and WE have an amazing family in our building. People have parking options, trust me on that!!! I’d definitely recommend Indigo Springs because you definitely will not find quality and professionalism any where else in Kent. Trust me, I have lived in WA apartments, dealt with the managers and staff and have NEVER been so happy to call a complex home! Thank you Decron for you teem at Indigo Springs!
