Hey all, I am currently looking for someone to take over my lease at Bayside Village. I, myself, have to leave the lease earlier than intended to move abroad and am looking for someone to take over the lease in March. Here are some of the deets. 1. I have a roommate who is currently an engineer at Google. He's in his mid 20s and is really chill. 2. The apartment is a 2bd/2br apartment and you have your own bathroom. 3. The room itself is 10ft by 12ft and comfortably fits a queen sized bed. 4. The current lease is up at the end of April but you do have the option to extend it beyond that. 5. $1635 includes utilities (water and garbage). Electricity has come out to ~$25/month and internet is ~$70. 6. There is a $40 application fee + $100 to add your name onto the lease. 7. Deposit is $1000 ($500 per person) and I will leave $200 for any residuals on my end. This means you only pay me $300 for the deposit. 8. Parking is an additional $175/month if you have a car. 9. Really close to the Brannan station Muni stop so it's easy to get around. Embarcadero is right outside! Here is the link to the apartment complex:
