We are looking for a clean, responsible, considerate, non-smoking student/intern/professional to share living in a beautiful house located in a tranquil, and quiet neighborhood near the Twin Peaks area. There are 2 single, newly painted, furnished rooms with new wood floor available for rent. 1. Rent $1350 -1650/room/month -Each room accommodates one person only . 2. Utilities fees additional: electricity, cable & internet, water, garbage ($150-200/person monthly, additional to rent). TRANSPORTATION: Easy street parking with NO street cleaning parking restrictions! Easy access to public transportation. Near the Forest Hill MUNI train station. Near UCSF Parnassus campus - across the street from the Aldea housing complex, with 5 minutes walk to the free UCSF shuttle stop. Great for people who work/go to school at UCSF / Downtown. HOUSE: Nice, quiet house for mature students and professionals. Current tenants are all young male professionals in engineering and health sciences. Nice view of the Twin Peaks, with deck & landscaped backyard. On-site coin-operated laundry. Household cleaning of common areas shared by tenants to keep the living space clean and pleasant.
