With approximately 1,600 square feet, the townhome is fully carpeted with a view through trees overlooking Crissy Field and the bay, a spacious open plan tiled kitchen, a gas stove, private balcony, in-unit hook-ups for your washer and dryer, and one designated uncovered parking space. We will host an open house on Saturday, December 28, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. We will begin accepting holding deposits immediately following the Open House in accordance with our priority system. The advertised rent reflects a twelve-month lease with a move-in date by or before January 8, 2025. Pricing may change after the offer date. Additional Information: Holding deposit - $4,700 Application fee - $46 per adult Parking permit for additional vehicles is $75 per month – 2 cars maximum We welcome two pets per household in every neighborhood. The pet deposit is $500 and $50 monthly pet rent per pet. Current pet vaccinations records, spaying/neutering records, emergency caregiver contact information, and veterinarian contact information are required. All applicants must meet the Presidio Trust’s standard residential screening criteria.
