The Presidio Residences is pleased to announce availability in our North Fort Scott neighborhood. Offered at $4,700 per month, 1251-A Armistead Road is a three-bedroom townhome with one full bath and two half baths. With approximately 1,600 square feet, the townhome is fully carpeted with a view through trees overlooking Crissy Field and the bay, a spacious open plan tiled kitchen, a gas stove, private balcony, in-unit hook-ups for your washer and dryer, and one designated uncovered parking space. We will host an open house on Saturday, December 28, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. We will begin accepting holding deposits immediately following the Open House in accordance with our priority system. The advertised rent reflects a twelve-month lease with a move-in date by or before January 8, 2025. Pricing may change after the offer date.
