Electric appliances include a dishwasher, disposal, range, two microwaves, two refrigerators, and a stacked full-size laundry. Natural gas heats the forced air and water. The fireplace is not available. Smoking is not allowed. The backyard has a grass lawn, south garden space, and a garden tool shed. Lawn mowing, fertilizing, raking, and pruning is provided, and the resident does the watering. Parking is provided in the attached garage, on the concrete driveway and in front on the paved parking area under the streetlight. The house is located on a level cul-de-sac street on a 400' high ridgetop beside Carkeek Park. Frequent N-S Busses are on Greenwood and Aurora Avenues. A new E-W bus 77 will travel east on NW 130th St from Greenwood Ave. The Northgate and future Pinehurst Light Rail Stations provide quick N-S access. The I-5 southbound Express Lane access is also at Northgate - 10 minutes to downtown!Minimum Credit score = 700. Minimum Income = 3 times the rent amount. A $40 non-refundable screening fee is required for each adult applicant.
