Additional work just completed in this apartment includes new paint, new miniblinds, newly refinished bathtub and more! There is a view (picture in ad) of city lights, Coit Tower and the bay. The apartment is located in the interior of building so street noise is minimal to none to hear. Building features include a lobby entrance, door security, laundry facility, and a building manager. There is a Comcast cable tv hookup. Restaurants, transportation, and shopping are all within 2 minutes from the property (A very short walk to North Beach, Chinatown, the financial district, and beyond). Cable car line is a 1 minute walk. We have a parking space for an additional cost per month. Free street parking is very difficult to find and many describe looking for a space on the street as very difficult at night. Sorry, no pets are allowed.
