The apartment is located in the interior of building so street noise is minimal to none to hear. Building features include a lobby entrance, door security, laundry facility, and a building manager. There is a Comcast cable tv hookup. Restaurants, transportation, and shopping are all within 2 minutes from the property (A very short walk to North Beach, Chinatown, the financial district, and beyond). Cable car line is a 1 minute walk. We have a parking space for an additional cost per month.
