Welcome to our stunning apartments in Berkeley, CA! Garden Village is a professionally managed coliving community located in the heart of Berkeley. As a community, we like to boast about our modern apartments with stylish finishes, two patios, a rooftop farm with expansive views, an onsite fitness center, bike storage, and more. Our building is composed of fully furnished 4 bedroom / 2 bath and 2 bedroom / 1 bath apartments, which we can be rented by the room or you may rent an entire unit. Prices will vary, but generally speaking 2 bedrooms are more expensive than 4 bedrooms, and units on higher floors are more expensive than lower floor units. Apartments are new and comfortable, well-designed, location is convenient. Amazing views from rooftop. Very pleased with assistance from Franz in leasing office who is responsive, fast and efficient and Sarina who is quick to respond virtually.
