Bedrooms are equipped with premium king and queen beds, Smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi access, and dedicated closet space. Bathrooms feature modern fixtures and finishes, with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries provided. These homes are pet-friendly. Guests have full access to the entire unit and all building amenities, minus one cleaner's closet within the home. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested for a $30 fee. A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. An additional $10 per guest after 4 guests will be charged. If any personal property is damaged/lost/stolen or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean up, you will be charged accordingly. Valet garbage pick up is available daily outside your unit between 6 - 7pm. A $100 charge will apply if any board games or remotes are missing.
