I give the Tiffany at Maitland West 5 stars due to the exceptional staff and service level shown to tenants (including myself) on a daily basis. I have lived in 3 different floor plans here for what will now be over 3 years, and I can tell you that the sole reason why I have not left this property to go to Trelago, IMT Maitland Pointe, The Q, or The Adeline apartments just to name a few, has been because of Jocelyn, Savannah, Maria, and Claudio along with other that I can name. Outside of the amenities the property offers, competitive rates, and ideal location, what truly sets this property apart from the others is the staff and the experience you will have with them. The staff at the Tiffany truly cares and I hope upper management can acknowledge this as the capacity of this property would not be what it is now if it wasn't for the individuals I named above and even for the ones I didn't. I speak on behalf of myself in this review, however, after being here for so long and getting to know many of the other tenants, I know they also feel the same. To upper management, I hope you truly take care of these individuals, as tenant retention and current occupancy numbers are heavily based on the hard work they put in for us. If staff here were to leave and the service standards they provide be lowered, there would be at least 10 currently paying units that would vacate upon lease expiry. In all, as of March 3rd, 2024 I would HIGHLY recommend this property to friends and family.
