I've lived here for a year and a half now. I love my apartment! The leasing staff are amazing especially Sana and Chanika. The maintenance staff is great. I love that they leasing staff gives updates on building maintenance, complex community events and reminders. I've met and made friends with my neighbors through the great pool amenities and social monthly events. The building is clean, well made and they upkeep it well. Its also in the best location of Mills, Colonial, Lake Ivanhoe and Edgewater/College Park restaurants and shops. Yet, the quiet side of Downtown. It's very pet friendly. I really enjoy living here!

I lived at NORA for a year and I only didnt renew because I'm moving out of state. Super close to downtown and the Orlando urban trail - very quite area and I felt safe walking around the building at any time during the day/night. The building itself is very well maintained and very clean. Maintenance is super responsive with requests being fulfilled the same day or next day and the leasing office is very nice. The amenities are great the gym and pool are always super clean. I worked from home and never had any issues with noise as the building is concrete. I would recommend NORA to anyone!!!
