From the friendly and efficient and diligent maintenance that do a Wonderful job keeping the place and apartments in good condition. The assistant property manager Naomi: She is professional, diligent, cheerful, friendly, servile, and beautiful inside and out. Cristina: Now, this is a manager that truly cares about the tenants, the property, and the staff. She takes her job very seriously, but don't let that scare you. She is kind and on top of everything. Very efficient too. The apartments are spacious with new appliances. I even have a separate space for my little office to WFH. The place has plenty of parking. Valet trash 5 days a week, beautiful pool and BBQ area, the gym has everything you need, even a yoga room, and OMG the last acquisition; the beautiful cabana room. Everything is new, and they keep it that way. The location area is the best... we have the best outlets, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. Only 10 minutes away. I love this area. I love this property, and I love my apartment. I have been here for 5 months and my affection for this place and the staff has only grown. This is, in all honesty. If something comes up; bad or good, I will update you on it. But right now, the way Orlando is growing to be, you would rarely find a better place, with a great, safe location, beautiful amenities, big spacious apartments, and the best staff, for a reasonable price in comparison with what is out there; You won't find a better place.
