Update: I signed my 5th lease, a 2-year extension, and could not be happier. Looking forward to the 6th... đź’Ż The new gigabit Internet service is included with the rent and that is amazing. If an internet outage occurs, the office staff and the internet service provider stay in constant communication to keep us updated on progress of repair. Office staff is prompt and professional; communication between staff and maintenance is second to none. Maintenance people are rockstars; things get done fast and they get done, right. When something is fixed, it stays fixed. đź’Ż Haven't seen a bug in 3 years; great pest control service! If anyone has a bug problem, it's usually from somebody else's apartment, less fastidiously clean as yours; and when the people move out, the bugs find refuge elsewhere. Give them nothing to stay for. đź’Ż Clean the filters on your air conditioner, once a month, and the AC will work flawlessly. I keep mine set to 72 in the daytime and 68 at night time, and I've never been uncomfortable. In fact, sometimes I feel downright chilly. đź’Ż The all-inclusive washer/dryer in the unit is easy to master. You can "set it and forget it" (with a nod to Ron Popeil) on a wash/dry cycle or do a speed wash and a timed dry, and walk away. Make sure to clean the drain filter every few months. That is all. This is home. I have no more words to describe what a wonderful turnkey system this apartment community is to move into. đź’Ż Looking forward to many Many MANY more years. đź’Ż
