We have been living here since 2022 and we highly recommend this apartment complex. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and maintenance requests are typically addressed the next day. Alejandro and Justin are my go to when it comes to any maintenance the apartment needs. The rent is more affordable compared to other places in the area. Overall, it is a great place to live.

AMAZING PLACE> Everyone is great here, from office staff to the Maintenance Crew! The apartment is a great setup and the grounds are kept nice. The amenities are amazing and the communtiy is dog and nieghbor friendly. We have everything we need here, basketball, volleyball and tennis court, and a great pool and movie room. The only thing they do not have is a enclosed dog area but there is a dog park right down the street, so you don't really miss it. Great location right next to econ river and nearbyu 417 and 408. We are current residents and plan on staying for a long time. While the location is fantastic it is the staff that make it beyond a delight to live here. You always see the maintenance crews out doing something and they are friendly and helpful while being polite and professional! You get the sense that the care of this place matters to the staff and it shows! For example, yesterday I got a knock on my door from Alejandro (Maintenance crew, absolute delight!) "Would you like your porch power wash?" He asked. With my delighted smile, he offered to assist me in moving my heavy patio furniture. It looked fine before, but now it looks spotless. This is just an example! The staff is always taking care of the place like it matters to them. The office staff also work hards and is that perfect mix of neighborly welcome and professional efficency. They can be counted on which really matters. They also organize activities for the complex- everything from brunch to pool parties. And they have coffee. Absolutely fantastic. The apartments and ground are amazing too. You have the charm for an established neighborhood that has been well maintained. Large trees and mature greenery paired with upkept roads and side walks. Inside is no different. We have beautiful new flooring, up-to-date fixtures and appliances with a strong AC and ceiling fans. The internet provider, Spectrum, is fantastic for my work-at-have life style with over 10 devices going on at once. Ten stars!
