I recently toured Modera Creative Village with my friend. Jeremy was the Leasing Consultant that showed us around the community. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about the community! We love the community! My friend will be submitting her application soon! My current lease doesn't expire until the end of the year, so I will likely be submitting an application when they have availability for my timeframe.

maintenance team pretty good, never take longer than 24 hours to fulfill a request, and they usually fix it first time around if not theyll come back with whatever parts or whatever they need, so pretty cool

Living at Modera has been great. Despite its centralized location, it offers a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The management team is exceptional, always attentive to residents' needs and ensuring a high standard of living. From the well-maintained grounds to the timely response to any maintenance requests, they truly go above and beyond. Plus, the convenience of being close to amenities without the noise pollution is a rare find. I couldn't recommend Modera enough for anyone seeking a balanced urban lifestyle with a serene atmosphere.

Just want to give a shout out to our Maintenance team led with special regards to Chris. I have been living at the amazing Modera property for almost 3 years now and when I tell you guys literally every maintenance request I have ever put in Chris has urgently came to the rescue. He is truly a stans uo guy, I'm never left guessing when they are going to fix things I know well that they are diligent. I never stop seeing the team working and our property is Beautiful but it's no easy Maintenance for sure!.

I recently toured this community and I was absolutely impressed! The building is amazing and well maintained! The team is just as awesome. Jeremy gave us an awesome tour and the manager Brandon was equally as friendly when we met him in the office. This location is at the top of our list!

Absolutely love living here! Checked out many places before my relocation and Modera quickly shot to the top of their charts. The team is so accommodating and helpful but I want to give a special shout out to Chris from the maintenance team. Any time I’ve had an issue he’s ensured to personally take care of it and always works around my hectic schedule. He also amakes sure to say hi to my pup Stormy who just adores him. His willingness to go to the extra mile is so beyond appreciated and seeing him in the building always brightens our day. You’re going to love living here.

I have been shopping around for new places to live and toured Modera Creative Village Apartments with Jeremy, and it was SOO NICE! . First of all Jeremy was super welcoming and really knew his stuff. He wasn't pushy and sales-y like other people at the places I've toured and I really enjoyed my time getting to know the place. He showed me around and made sure to highlight things I'd be interested in, like the spacious, modern apartments as well as some of the amenities. The apartments were so nice . Speaking of amenities , they were awesome too--there's an incredible pool lounge, a fitness center, and co-working spaces. I'm big on fitness and swimming so I really loved that this place has them. And Jeremy's enthusiasm for the place was contagious. Not over the top but his personality and happiness about his job and the place made the tour that much more fun. After the tour, I have to admit I was excited by possibly living there at Modera Creative Village. Jeremy's great service and the amazing property and all that it has to offer, left a strong impression. I 10000% recommend checking it out if you're looking for a new place to live and call your own:)
