I've lived here for a while now. I love it! They are currently upgrading. The neighbors are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance does their best to keep the property well kept. The office ladies are super sweet. Yes, the neighborhood is in a rough area...but things are changing as they weed out the people who trash our neighborhood. It is now a hidden gem. When we moved in, there were many roaches. Usually comes from nasty neighbors. Since the neighbors moved, renovations are underway, and pest control comes every Monday, I have not seen 1 roach in my home. Good working class people. Beautiful tennis court which also serves our diverse community with a wonderful soccer court and basketball court all in 1. Depends on the day and the players. Pools fill up with families genuinely having a blast on the hottest days. Kids running around playing all through the community. Everyone watching out for 1 another. Many wonderful dog owners. Only thing we're missing is a dog park. With all of the pretty land we have, would be nice if they built a small enclosed area where we can let the dogs loose to play and mingle. But it's definitely a quiet nice place. Again, in a rough neighborhood but good people in this hidden gem. I have no complaints.
