6 month review after moving in and We will say WE ARE READY TO RENEW!!!!!!! I can honestly say the feeling of security that the staff displays truly goes unsaid. I have no complaints with management or maintenance!! Cris 90% of the time is the one assigned to our unit and ALWAYS EXCEEDS the results set forth! He truly goes BEYOND above and beyond when it comes to making us feel like home AS WELL AS JACKIE!!!!! This complex truly could not have had a better team!!!! Its really difficult to find a place where management really have the tenants best interests and safety as a priority. Thank you Sovereignty at Winter Park for all that you do and continue to do!!!!!!!!!

Having a supportive and efficient leasing office team can make a big difference in your living experience. It's always refreshing when staff are helpful and friendly. They probably contribute a lot to the sense of community and comfort in your living.I'm consistently impressed by the dedication and expertise of the maintenance team. They always respond promptly and fix any issues with care and efficiency.
