The office and maintenance staff are great. Though I did express my great annoyance about not being able to park my car in the driveway into my garage. We've watched the oncall people make their rounds. There is absolutely no negative impact for us with a driveway to park our car in the driveway for them to read our plate easily --- if we park ten feet from the garage. This is one little nicety for residents with a driveway. My other car got endless nicks while in the Heritage parking lot. To make a blanket rule which negatively affects all residents is losing sight of those of us who are responsible, cause no problems, and always pay our rent in full and on time --- an unnecessary negative inconvenience. It is one way of eliminating overcrowded parking and giving a resident a positive to living here. We would very much like this new rule to be recinded. Thank you.

My maintenance repairs were taken care of without any other problems. It took a few days to get them done, but everything was done with great care and totally fixed including 2 leaking bathtub faucets.
