You really cannot find any place more comfortable, convenient and affordable anywhere downtown than The Julian. One of the easiest renewals I’ve ever signed, the location is close to everything you want for downtown Orlando life. The community is clean and the staff is always helpful with any issue you might have. They are genuinely some of the friendliest members I’ve ever encountered at a property. Views during day and night are majestic and you can see SpaceX launches if you’re facing East. The pavilion in the center of the area is always teeming with fun events each month, and the area is quickly growing into a dynamic, economic center of growth for Orlando. I’d highly recommend coming to see everything for yourself and getting your own spot quickly if you’re in the market. Plenty of parking in the garage for residents and visitors and access to I-4 right down the street is incredibly convenient. Seriously, this is the new spot to live in within Orlando!

I’ve had an amazing experience living at The Julian! The staff is fantastic—friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Their customer service really stands out, and they make sure you feel at home. The apartments themselves are beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained, offering plenty of room and natural light. It's a peaceful and welcoming community, and I’m so happy to be a part of it. Highly recommend The Julian!
