We recently moved to Camden Lee Vista, and our experience has been exceptional, thanks to Josue from the leasing office. He was incredibly attentive and friendly throughout the entire process.
We don’t speak English, but Josue went above and beyond to help us understand everything using a translator. He even called the utility company on our behalf and set up the account under our name since we couldn’t do it ourselves. His patience and willingness to assist us made all the difference.
We are truly grateful for his support and highly recommend Camden Lee Vista because of his outstanding service. Thank you, Josue, for making our move so much easier!

I just moved into this apartment, and overall, it’s been a great experience so far. The unit was spotless upon move-in, and the cleanliness really stood out. The leasing office staff has been nothing but helpful and friendly, making the whole process smooth and welcoming.
That said, I do think management could do a better job monitoring pet owners who aren’t cleaning up after their dogs. Unfortunately, my balcony patio grass has been littered with dog waste and the smell is pretty unpleasant. I hope this issue is addressed soon because it’s the only thing taking away from what could be a perfect experience.
Otherwise, the apartment is a fantastic place to
live, and I’m hopeful this small issue will be resolved quickly.

I transfer here from another Camden due to work, but I chose this community again because I really love it. The staff is always great, Josue is my leasing consultant and I think I spoke with Rosalyn some time, they are exceptional, very helpful and I can assure they care about the residents. I haven’t met the other people working here, but when I come to the office, they are so warm and charismatic, my opinion is that this is a place you can call home without thinking twice. I never had an issue with this community, they solved all mu problems and I like how comprehensive they are. Good job, Camden Lee Vista!

I cannot express how thankful we were to find this complex. Between applying and being able to move in was all of 24 hours. EXTREMELY FAST AND EFFICIENT. When we went to finalize everything, the office staff was so wonderful and welcoming. I must give a special shout out to Rosalyn, who was our leasing agent. So warm and welcoming. The apartment was in EXCELLENT CONDITION, and the pricing extremely fair! Would give 10 stars if possible, but I guess 5 will have to do. 😂😂😂

The customer service from the management office is the best that I have experienced since moving to Florida 9 years ago. They go above and beyond to accommodate. I moved out a few months ago, and I will admit that I miss the level of customer service that I received consistently. It's unmatchable. Keep up the great work Roslyn and team. Go Camden!
