Centrally located, you'll be just minutes away from Sky Harbor Airport, Downtown Phoenix, the Central Avenue Corridor, the Biltmore shopping district, Phoenix Children's Hospital, and Arizona Heart Hospital, not to mention a thriving array of nearby restaurants, cafés, and entertainment options. Nearby attractions include Biltmore Fashion Park (12-minute drive), Phoenix Children’s Hospital (15-minute drive), Downtown Phoenix (15-minute drive), and Grand Canyon University (10-minute drive). Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A $500 minimum cleaning charge will apply to guests who smoke inside. No parties or events are allowed.
