It features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, 100mbps+ internet, modern decor, and a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed. Complimentary coffee is provided. Enjoy access to the luxury fitness center, pool with spa cabanas and fire pits, pool access where allowed by season and weather, and a lounge and game room with a pool table. A stylishly appointed business lounge is also available. Pets are welcome with a fee of $100-300 based on stay length. Located in Kierland Commons, this apartment is close to world-class golf courses, hiking trails, and spas. You can enjoy the best of Scottsdale, then return for a meal cooked in the fully equipped kitchen and take a dip in the Jacuzzi. The unit is a short drive away from everything and is even walkable to Kierland Commons. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of this apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee.
