To meet legal obligations and ensure security, guests may need to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirmation of contact information, and verification via our portal. In some cases, a criminal background check may be required. This information is used strictly for screening and verification and will not be stored or used for any other purpose. All guests must sign a rental agreement upon confirming the reservation, agreeing to follow rental terms and conditions, provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in, and complete a background check if requested by property management or the owner, as per the rental agreement. Verification must be completed within 24 hours of booking (1 hour for same-day bookings). Reservations that do not meet verification requirements may be canceled. For security, surveillance cameras are installed in hallways and a Minut device is placed in the unit to monitor noise levels.
